Called Alpha as i was having issues with our intercom system. Technician came to site had a look at the system investigating possible causes for the system not working. He found that fault 20 minutes later, fixed it and said it wasn't that hard and don't worry about a charge for the visit. The technician showed integrity and dealt with me honestly. I would not hesitate and recommend to call them to update or install a new security system in any home.
